Pay-point: Salary must be remitted through Crescent Takaful Sacco for Emergency Advance but not necessarily for other financing.
- Employment Status: Confirmed employment status is required, except for civil servants.
- Pre-qualification Grace Period: At least 3 months for salaried members without MoU; otherwise immediate access with MoU.

Islamic Contracts: Benefit from profit-free, interest-free benevolent advance options, including Qard, Cost plus profit (murabaha), Leasing (Ijara), or Diminishing Musharaka.
Security: (Any or combination of the following)
- Plot, House, or Motor-Vehicle under purchase.
- Cash collateral in the investment account.
- Assignment of future salaries to CTS.
- Guarantees: Employer Guarantee via Salary check-off; Guarantee by co-workers; Community leader or investment group (chama) co-guarantee.
